The 718th Sabine Neches Chiefs Association meeting was hereby called to order at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 3rd, 2009 at Big Rich’s on Highway 90 in
Jeff Bolton gave the invocation.
John Owens led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Self-introductions were made and Ricky Wood, Emergency Response and Safety Coordinator from Exxon Mobile welcomed the membership.
The following SNCA Officers were excused: Cindy Powers, Jeff Kelly, Doug Jones, Tod McDowell, Larry McBride and Jeff Kelley.
President Stephen Curran asked for “Approval” of the 717th meeting’s previous month’s minutes as e-mailed for the May 6th, 2009 meeting. A motion was made by Dale Jackson and seconded by Elgin Browning to approve the minutes. Motion passed.
CORRESPONDANCE:
President Curran read a Membership Application Letter from Simplex Grinnel and Sponsorship Letter from Lumberton Fire/EMS. As per protocol, The Application Letter and Sponsorship Letter will be read at the next scheduled Board of Directors Meeting for membership approval. * The required Inventory information has been forwarded to Vernon Pierce.
