This 16-hour training and certification program is a NIMS-ICS based program designed for experienced industrial emergency response team members, leaders and officers that are assigned or that would potentially assume the responsibilities of the Incident Commander, Operations Section Chief, other ICS Command and General Staff positions or other supervisory or leadership positions within the ICS organization. Management personnel assigned to ICS positions in the industrial EOC will also benefit from the content of this training program. This training and certification program is further designed to meet OSHA and NFPA requirements to provide more advanced and more comprehensive training to managers, supervisors and leaders of the industrial emergency response organization.
